These guys have been in my tank for ONE full day. That's right ONE day. They are already spawning. Incredible! I wasn't prepared for this. What should I expect? How long before they Hatch? What should I do! I think I'm going to faint...LOL

Here is a video of them spawning....they have been dancing around like this for about an hour now. I am so happy I got to see the whole thing! It's amazing.

And here is a shot of the eggs. I had to shoot down from the top. I couldn't get an angle because they dug out the nest.

Wow nice! I want rams to breed for me too! One day is all it takes, huh? lol.

It's wild. Obviously they were talking about this while they were at the LFS. They had the spot scoped out within a couple hours of being introduced to my tank. And a little over 36 hours later.....this! :D

Doesn't look like I will have any fry. :( Mom and Dad are eating the eggs! I don't have anywhere else to put them so......boo...hoo...I am gonna go cry now.

don't worry they wil spawn again..it is pretty common for them to eat the eggs..eventually they will get it right.
is the tank in a high traffic area?
make sure you don't bother them much..if they feel threat to the eggs they are more likley to eat the eggs.
