Speed up guppy breeding?

All pet stores around here are closed today cuz of New Years and Id rather not pay for shipping & tax on a website when I can go to a pet store and not pay shipping whatsoever. I want them to breed faster because I dont get much fry anymore. I heard highering the temp in the tank helps

if you have petsmart around you you can print it out and take it into the store and they will price match anything from the site.
what size of a tank do you have? what are you going to do with the fry?
 
29 gallon and a 2 gallon I sometimes but a pair or trio in to breed temporarily.
I am going to sell the fry and keep some and breed them. I already have a few homes in line.
 
give em some fish pr0n. ha ha.

if you want them to breed faster, raise the temperature slowly 2-3 degrees.
 
I don't think you can make them breed faster, the gestation period is always around 1 month. Give or take a few days. But I have found that feeding frozen bloodworms or any live food will result in much more fry. If I feed flakes I usually get around 10-20 fry per female, but if I feed good food then usually I get close to 40 fry.
 
I've found that aquarium salt also seems to help produce more babies, not sure how many per female but I know they enjoy it enough my aunt complained about having too many guppies from my tanks.

Get a new tank and well your going to need it. This tank is overstalked as it is with just one goldfish. You get them breeding good you will have some major problems getting rid of them they breed a LOT.

The guppies are in a seperate tank than all the others. I have tons of tanks. 11 tanks in all..
