I just stuck a fork in a big leaf of fresh spinach and dropped it on the bottom of the tank. It will be gone in the AM (the spinach, not the fork !)

Ok, what is the trick with peas?

Peas should be accepted by most fish. I use frozen peas (Bird's Eye makes singles packets, four to a package I think) and microwave them, then rinse them and squish them so that the skin stays in my hand, and the pea innard goes in the aquarium. Be careful because sometimes they pop out and land where they aren't supposed to - like on your new white microsuede couch for example!! :uhoh:
