Yes, they can. It's within the state thus it is not illegal.

drats my lfs has them but its 5 miles from my house but i live in pa and its in ohio,.. ooooooooooooh,..%$#@#$%$^&&%$#*%!

but i do own a place in ohio, but tanks are in pa

wonder if they are reading this,.lol not sure wether it can get away with that or not,..been trying not to look at them for a few years,..
