Right. It is not actually "mis-labeling;" the term was created to describe an assortment of different cory species. If you take a look at the scientific name on the tag, it will actually say "Corydoras spp." A specific species is not mentioned.
My PetSmart usually has black sail and false julii cories in their tank.
