Pay now or pay later.
Pay now - cheaper in the long run - means pressurized CO2 system - w/ tank, regulator, and high initial cost but a tank of CO2 would last you a looooong time.
Pay later - very low initial outlay but costs more over time, requires higher/more frequent maint. - DIY sugar/yeast CO2 system.
Either way, you will require some tubing and a means of diffusing the CO2.
Either way, I'd also recommend getting a drop checker so you can monitor your CO2 levels.
Either way, if you have a HOB filter, you should probably consider switching to a canister.

For a 60ltr tank is pretty pointless to set up a co2 system. At least in my opinion it is.
A 2ltr bottle of Seachem flourish/excel will be the simplest solution and will give you great results.

they also sell paintball co2 kits..... excel isnt that bad of a option for that small of tank but remember excel isnt plant friendly to all plants.
I would skip the Paintball kits, its kind of sad having to tell someone that they need to scrap it when they eventually upgrade to something bigger than 200L. Plus they cost $100+, spend double and you have something that can grow with you.
BTW Excel is good, I use it in a pair of 75L (20gal), I might not be able to grow Vals, but you still get amazing growth with it, plus its BBA killing prowess is nice aswell.
I have excel with me, just considering to upgrade it to CO2 tank
is BBA bacteria? excel is not good for them??
