Starter shrimp kit?

Green is another color that is more and more commonly available -

I've got a nice colony of reds going in a 5.5g w/ some, rock, a sponge filter & 25W heater. Main plants are Najas & HM. I think I've pretty well topped out at somewhere over 100 shrimp.
 
I agree with everything except the fish. Unless you start with a very large colony of shrimp, almost any fish are going to eat the babies as quickly as they are born. Baby shrimp are very small, and a natural food for fish.
You might be able to get away with a couple of fish after the shrimp get going, but I would hate to see your investment disapear quickly.
