Im kinda confused about the live rock they have that starts with a P ,maybe i herd him wrong , but he said it was 9.99 lb,and that he had about 100 lbs of it
if i buy 30 its 799 lb
OK i just called LFS lol they said its ,Pangona LR
anyone herd of this rock ?

ok we just got ,34lbs of pangona uncured LR, OMG its so pretty .
pink ,purple,red,orange ,sure looks pretty but stinks like sewage lol
ok thats it ,im just gonna wait and see now for a month lol
now im hoping this will help with our cycle!
 
I sounds like there must be alot of die off so it should.
 
Ya, if it smells like that it isn't "fully" cured or has some die off going on. No problem though.. just wait the 30 days and it should cure itself in your tank.. and since your out of $$ for the next month, even better. No impulse buying!

You should have plenty of little critters just from the rock to keep you entertained for the next month anyway. :)

ANY ideas ?

This is so funny.
my 6 yr old daughter is at the tank now for an hour , with the sponge and a cloth .
she is cleaning the inside and outside ,and i cant pry her away as she doesnt want to leave she might miss something lol
and the great dane right beside her trying to get into the buckets for scraps of LR .
I am glad i started this and my daughter is so interested also !
