starting to get algae, should i be worried?

96 watt coralife power compact
not sure on the algae type. its green and i only really notice it on the glass. pretty much wipes right off. i haven't seen much of an increase in algae over the last few days. plants are beginning to look a lil better. still gotta get ferts to dose N-P-K. where can i get dry ferts?

Lighting upgrade requires more balance.
Yeh, I suspect all nutrient deficiency for the plant health.

The Green algae on the glass is either GSA or Green dust spores.
Contributors are obviously lack of nutrients, but also lack of C02.
