Still dealing with some disease.

Alright gonna start doing daily water changes, and every other day frozen foods.

My only reason for not thinking its Columnaris is a lot of the pictures online for it just show cottony growth. The symptoms in my tank are more of a white patch that eats away at the fish.

What about lowering tank temperature? i have seen this suggested on a few search results. Adding salt? Adding an air stone?

While I tried a antibiotic food from tetra is there another one I should perhaps try that is commonly recommended?

While its only affecting the Lemon Tetras at the moment my biggest fear is to see any on the angel.

I am going to try Terramycin and Trypaflavin any suggestions on where to buy it and in what form? i checked drfostersmith but they did not seem to have any.

Lower water temp slowly and no more than 4 degrees - add salt no more than 1 tbsp per 10 gal/less if you have cories. Increase air flow- bubble wands or stones work great. I'm going through a minor case now and am trying different remedies. So far the med that works best is the Mardel combo of Maracyn + Maracyn 2 - quick and effective.
