Still got Dark Brown Algae

I Still have the Dark brown algae in my tank now its all over the sand.

KH 6
Nitrate 0
PH 8.2
ALK 1.7-2.8 in middle
Phosphate 0
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Temp 82
SG 1.020
Lights on 8 hours artic 1 hour before and after

this is some pic of my tank tonight.

Also I didn't the salt mix yet so should I use the real saltwater to do the water changes?

water looks good but id still raise the SG its a bit low. sometimes u just need to give it time with the algae can take months. a better clean up crew may help. i would wait and use the water that is mixing ...but thats just me.

OK thank you I have been waiting for it . Hopefully I will get it next week.
Also this morning I got up and there are a couple of little white long things swimming on the top the water I had the moon lights and I seen then them.
Can someone tell me if they have had them before if they know what they are?

usually just worms...ive seen it before in my aquarium.
