stocking 20gal L

i just scored a 20gallon long freebie from a friend of mine who was sick of their tank. it doesn't have any fish in it at the moment. im thinking of getting a few hardy plants growing in the tank like java fern then...

6 glass catfish
8 Indian glass fish (unpainted of course)
3 ottos or a group of ghost shrimp

my concern is iv read that the Indian glass fish like some salt in their watter wile the others don't. would a completely freshwater tank be stressful for the glass fish? and would i be overstocked?

seems as if your fish will be invisble lol, um idk about the salt im sure that using pure fresh water wont kill the fish but shorten there lifespan.

thanks for the response. i think ill pass on the Indian glass fish and get some zebra danios instead.
