ive had this little bullfrog tadpole in a 5.5 gallon tank for a while. question i have would it be ok to maybe add in a mystery snail or maybe one or two dwarf frogs? filter on it is an over the back (came off my 10 gallon, and is made for a 15-20 gallon tank)

I wouldn't put a dwarf frog in with a bullfrog tadpole...the tad is like to outcompete them for food, if it doesn't make a snack of them.

A snail would be ok, but really, bull frog tadpoles are herbivores. Like the adult form, they will eat anything that will fit in their mouth.

JMO, but if you want some additional critters, get them a tank of their own.

its mouth is i little bigger than the size of a pin head, dont see how it can eat a snail thats bigger than a quarter? and i have an empty tank for when it does become a frog (20 gallon)

As it morphs, the mouth will increase in size.

*shrugs*

Just my opinion...mixing animals that may end up eating each other is a risky.

well maybe i'll just have to try it and see what happens, ( i pretty sure it cant eat a full grow snail whole) i still think it'll be ok, just worried it might try to eat the tentacles or something.
