So I am rehoming 23 Serpae Tetra tomorrow and need to find a new group or two of fish for the tank. I would love to find Black Skirt, Giant Neon, Harlequin Rasbora or something along those lines. I would like a total of 40 fish, either one school of 40 or two different schools of 20 each.
Anyone live near me with fish for sale or could be shipped via flat rate?
What other fish could I add?

90g tank. 7 Angels. It's planted and growing well.

If you like the neon tetras, search for cardinal tetras. Similar, but the red stripe is full length of the body.

You could always get a "prize" fish, as it could be called. What I mean is something along the lines of a Gourami. I have a 29 gallon community tank with different variations of wag platties with a Gold and Pearl Gourami. They really add to the tank, and the Pearl is absolutely gorgeous, great to watch.

I do have a Opaline Gourami, I was wondering if I could add a female of either; Opaline, Gold, 3 spot, Blue. My male is very passive, but I know females can get dangerous.
But I still want a school, it's just so empty and there's little movement w/o one.

Definately get the school. Of the ones you listed I would go with the Rasboras for one of the schools for sure, I love their schooling. Another active schooler (but nips fins too often for long finned fish) would be the tiger barb, very playful and very active. You have to be careful with them though because they can nip fins, if you get gouramis, I wouldn't get the tiger barbs just to be safe.
I haven't ever owned black skirt tetras, so I don't have much input for those.
I also can't speak for the aggressiveness of female/male gouramis, wish I could help on that. I do keep the gold and pearl together and they do just fine.
It really depends on what you want. If you want more color, find a colorful schooler. If you want lots of activety go that route. But I would for sure get a couple gouramis (or other peaceful fish that is gorgeous by itself) to add to the schoolers. With 90G, you can have A TON of fish.

With 90G, you CAN have a ton of fish. Not literally a TON but a large quantity of smaller fish is possible. So yes, really.

The Rummys are great too, I had forgotten about them.

Case and point for tiger barbs: if you will have slow moving larger fish OR fish with longer fins, etc etc, do NOT get tiger barbs. It is just asking for trouble. Keep them with fast moving, active fish.

Just make sure you cycle the aquarium long enough before adding a large quantity of any fish. The last thing you want is to put say, 20 rummynose tetras in there at one time, then have ammonia spike, and lose a few.

I think the tank is already established "90g tank. 7 Angels. It's planted and growing well"

Here is a trick..Since you have plants, you can add some "SAFEZONES" places for the smaller fish to hide. The rule of thumb with Angels and Tetras is...Add the tetras first AND then the Angels because the Angels will claim a territory and the new fish will not know what this area IS.

However in your case the Angels are already present SO this isn't going to apply to you.

Rummys are fast but they are ALSO very hard to keep. Never introduce water directly from the tap because they are very sensitive fish. If Rummys are the way you want to go, please read a lot about them first.

Here is what i would do if I had a 90gal

You already have
7 Angels:

7 Rummynose
12 Cardinals
4 Ottos
1 Bristlenose (with driftwood)
6 peppered or Panda Corys (depends on Subtrate)
4 kuhli Loaches (depends on Subtrate)
1 Weathered Dojos (depends on Subtrate)

Yea, commented on too many threads at once, forgot this one had fish!

jasonG75 has a good list there, I wouldn't mind having a tank like that myself ha.

and pictures for sure!
