stocking ideas for a 29 and 10 gallon tank?

I would do some of these(NOT ALL, just suggestions)..........................

remember, these are choices

schooling fish
-harlequin rasboras
-neon/green neon/black neon/rummynose/cardinal/head and tail light/blue fire/serpae/black ghost/red eyed/glo lite/etc. are great tetras
-smaller rainbows(praecox, threadfin, etc.)

centerpieces
-dwarf gourami or sparkling gourami
-1 pair bolivian rams or GBRs or gold rams
-1 pair apistos
-1 angelfish

bottom dwellers
-emerald green/panda/orange laser/panda/julii/sterbai/albino corys are great
-otos
-1 ABN or BN pleco

inverts
-any mix of 2 DIFFERENT species(RCS & Tiger, Yellows & Tiger, CRS and RCS, etc.)
-a few snails of ur choice

Ok thanks for the help guys. I think i have figured out what im doing with my 29 gallon fish tank. And now im also keeping my 10 gallon. But i have a new question. whats a good small fish that can go in a 10 gallon tank?
 
so whats your plan with the 29 gallon? i like bettas so id do
6-harlequin rasborasn or neon tetras
1-male betta
4-amano shrimp or 2-nerite snails

For the 29 im going to put like a blood parrot in it or somthing. And i think i might for the 10 maybe do like 5 rummy nose or somthing and put some glo fish and elndlers in it. And maybe some plants. Oh and i think ill put a male betta like you said and a divider for a blue crayfish. I think ill choice out of those fish i just listed but if you guys know any small fish for a 10 gallon that are prettier then a one i listed still tell me becasuse im still open to ideas :)
 
i wouldnt do a blood parrot in a 29. a convict and some dither fish woud be a better choice and id do a dwarf crayfish if you wanted a crayfish.

A dwarf crayfish? I have never heard of one of those. Is a electric blue crayfish one? If not what colors do they come in?
