Hi - I have a 30 gallon cube tank. It is densely planted. I have the following livestock:

9 fancy male guppies
2 dwarf platies (supposed to get 1.5", but they are fat)
1 wagtail platy
2 oto cats
2 peppered cory cats
many snails
several red cherry shrimp

Filter - Fluval 304 canister

My question is: Do you think this stocking level is OK? Is it at its max? Could I add more fish? (not really planning on that)

Thanks!!!!! I am fairly new to tropicals - have always had goldies!

hmm... i would say your either right at the max or a little over... im not tooo experienced with shrimp or snails so i dont really know their bioload
more experienced ppl will probably give you a more detailed answer

seems about right. At around max capacity so Id leave it at that but if you feel like you can handle the tank really well (2-3 water changes per week etc) you could get a few more ottos to keep the others company.
