stocking list for a 125 gallon community planted tank!!!!!

Since you're in Frederick you most likely have hard, alkaline tap water. Not suitable for marbled hatchets, they really need soft water (and prefer live food), tough to accomodate w/out r/o water. Most of the other fish on your lists are easier to get along with. The kuhli loaches would never be seen, and wouldn't get much food with 14 Cory cats and a BN vacuuming the substrate.

keep the suggestions coming!!!!!

can anyone make a mock stocking list of the top list and then the things thy would think would be good from the bottom list....

thanks!!!!!

mock stockinglist like this...

14 x Three Lined/peppered Cory (Corydoras trilineatus)
1 x Pearl Gourami (Trichogaster leerii)
10 x Lemon Tetra (Hyphessobrycon pulchripinnis)
10x Flame Tetra (Hyphessobrycon flammeus)
1 x albino BN plecos (Ancistrus sp.)
10 x Harlequin Rasbora (Trigonostigma heteromorpha)
10 x Rummynose Tetra (Hemigrammus bleheri)
2 x Keyhole Cichlid (Cleithracara maronii)
8 x Boesemans Rainbowfish (Melanotaenia boesemani)

then add on what you think would be good from the want list or anyother fish...

thanks!!!!!

you should go to aqadviser.com

You can put in the types and numbers of the fish you want, and the website will tell you if you're overstocked, underfiltered, possible aggression issues, etc. It would probably be a lot more helpful than getting many varying opinions since you know the types of fish that you want.
