I have a 10 Gallon tank, that has been set up for about 2 months now. Currently it only has an Otto Cat, and a Kuhli Loach in it. I was wondering what else i should stock it with?

get maybe 2 more kuhlis and maybe one of the following
a small school of tetra (there are some cool tetras around)
a small school of harliquin rasboras
a small school of white cloud mountain minnows (spelt that wrong i think)
a pair of dwarf gourami
a pair of blue rams
any of those should work. if you are adding a school do it slow so your filter bio load will grow as you add fish instead of being bombarded.
