So many fish! ive been looking at my lfs website for fish to put in my new tank. so far i have 5 neon tetras and a bristlenose from my old tank. my mrs says there has to be angels in there to. as for the rest...anything that doesnt want to cause trouble.

the sites a bit buggy but his shops good (not a plug! just for the availible fish list)

Those neons are going to limit you a little- lots of fish will eat them, including the angels. Maybe just get a big school and hope for the best? :o

Without the neons you could maybe go w/ another South Am cichlid like a pair of keyholes (I do have these w/ neons though, w/ no problems), or one severum. Of course those are both fish that I have so I'm biased, but they both are great personable fish.

I don't have neons in with my angels, but I do have glowlights, which aren't any bigger. No predation so far, and the angels are full grown. Lessee, you already have 5 neons and a BN. How's about …

2 young angels. Unless you plan to breed, don't worry about sex.
4 blue rams. Very colorful, always active.
6 cory cats, pick a species. Uber cute. The wife will dig 'em.
10 more neons. They're schooling fish. Let them school!

Yeah, start slow. Too much fish at once will crash your tank.

But get the angles small, and tetras large.

Sorry about that — didn't intend to suggest adding everything at once. I would add the angels last, though. They seem to do better in a well-matured tank.

my plans to make a list of fish set the tank up for them then maybe deviate a bit depending on colour and personality.
