Plenty of green algae has been there in 10G.
Just in case, I put about 2 algae disks PER WEEK. Surprisingly, female guppies ate most of them.

New final stock will be
2 male Guppies, 7 Neons, 7 Black Neons, 3 Ottos, 6 Panda Corys ( 5 trilineatus or Julii Corys)

I think that'll be a nice tank. Don't forget to post some pics.

Should be fine for food then. But they are still fragile fish, and its best to wait for a few months for your tank to stabilize until you add them.
