Stocking question....

Now that my tank is back to normal (behavior wise) after losing 2 harlequin rasboras and my ghost shrimp, I decided to maybe add some more fish or inverts.

My current stock:

8-13 ramshorns
6 Harlequin Rasboras
1 Espes Rasbora
4 Kuhli loaches.

I was planning on adding a few more kuhli loaches and cherry shrimp. Would this be okay?

Tank is planted 20L with java moss, rocks, and vals.

Would it also be possible to add 2 more harlequin rasboras?

I would also say add to your rasboars, and I believe you are about maxed out on stocking as it is. 2-3 more rasboras and I would call it a day.
