i have a 15gal tank with 2 swordtails in it i was thinking about getting some neons, otos, cory cats, and kuhli loachs houw much of each could i get

You might not be able to fit all of them in and have them happy as well. Personally I would cut one of the fish out, since the three you wanted are all grouping fish. I would probably get 6 neons and 4 pgmy cories. By then you would be fully stocked since you have the swordtails.

You could add a school of cories and a school of neons but not much more than that.

I'd drop the Kuhli loaches and neons, go with 6 pygmy corydoras and two otocinculus. I would honestly call it stocked at that. Swordtails get large and for some reason, they always seem to multiply. ;) I would go with pygmy corydoras because theya re active in the middle and bottom of the tank as opposed to their larger cousins who are mainly bottom dwellers. This way you have a schooling fish that will occupy many levels and two "feature" fish.

if i get read of the swordtail(cuz they were giving to me and i didnt really want them in the fisrt place)then how much of each could i get

Well, the problem is that you are still trying to get two schools of something into a 15 gallon tank. Cories prefer schools as do neons. Otos even prefer a little company, but 2 would be sufficient for a 15 gallon and I fear more may starve for lack of algae in a 15 gallon tank. On top of that, Kuhlies like groups too. If you wanted to, you could likely get 3 Kuhli loaches, 2 otocinculus and 6 neons in the tank, but that's overstocked in my opinion. Perhaps you could look into some fish that will fare better without a group and thrive in a small tank?

It's not my tank, so I suggest looking at fish stores or on the internet for fish you like and then researching them and seeing if they can live well solo and in a 15 gallon tank. I'm not trying to be a smart allec here, but everyone has different tastes and there are, as the platitude goes, many fish in the sea.
