Stowaway identification

This little guy snuck into the net today along with two of my new mystery snails. I can't say I blame him, Walmart is no place I'd want to live, but I'd like to know what species he is. He's sociable (ignores the snails, frogs, and betta) is pretty,you should see him catch the light, and seems like a good, hardy fish to keep in a shoal of 6-7.

That's a Scissortail rasbora. It would prefer a school, but a 10 gallon is a bit small for a school of these fish. Any chance of a larger tank in the near future? If not, my suggestion would be to return it.
