I have added 4 Albino Cory Cats to my 29 Gallon Tank. I find it strange for them to be swimming around, all around, in my tank, not staying huddled to the gravel. It's almost like they are swimming in my filters current and having fun. Come feeding time tho they are scavenging on the bottom of the tank. Is this normal foe these fish. When I went to pick them out they were just sitting on the bottom minding there own buisness in the LFS tank, but at their new home they are extremely active, is this normal? My other 7 Neons and 4 Lamp Eye Tetras aren't bothing them nor are they bothering them, they are just swimming everywhere all day long.

I think it's perfectly normal. The cories I have recently moved from a 20-high into my 55 gallon tank will dart across the 4 foot tank in a flash, swimming just for fun. They are happy to have the room to move.
