please help i have just started out i have a new set up of 50 litres capacity i filled it with water 3 dayas ago i the added 5ml of stress zyme to the tank since then it has gone cloudy will it clear then will it be ok to add some hardy fish and plants

StressZyme is junk, IMO. It doesn't really help the cycle as it purports to do. The cloudiness you see may or may not be related to it, but you can safely dump the StressZyme.
