I bought my otos a week ago and they turned very pale when I transferred them into my tank. I was hoping by now that they would have their colour back, they are eating, don't seem overly scared of me but omg the water changes are a nightmare!
Anyone have any suggestions on how I can clean my tanks without stressing them even more? I know that (if they make it) they will eventually get used to me playing around in there but I did have one which died because he could not acclimatize himself and I think he went mental. He would try and hide behind the heater and just bang himself in blind panics over nothing. I don't want to drive these mad too!
