i just put an ir. shark in my tank and i noticed that right from when i put him in the bag at the pet store (i work there) he was breathing hard and laying in the corner. (he was fine in his original tank at the store) when i put him in my tank at home, he went to the corners and every couple of mins he would make a big jult. it looks to me like he just needed oxygen. i just had a feeling. so i put him in a meternity tank that hangs on the side of my tank with an air line underneath it so the bubbles would surround him. he seems to be doing much better but im still not sure. is it because of the stress of breing caught and put in a bag? please reply and let me know. i don't wanna have to "send him back to the ocean." thanks

These guys don't ship well. The stress of being netted, bagged, and reintroduced to aa new environment is highly probable as to the cause of his stress, they are VERY nervous fish to start out with. What size tank have you placed him in.... not the breeder but the actual tank he will be staing in.
