Meds don't always kill eggs &/or larva stages depending on the parasite. Try retreating after 2 weeks & maybe again with frequent gravel vacs. Are you feeding live food?

Levamisole Hcl is a good med for internal parasites .more specifically it is effective on Camillanus and capillaria.
one thing that is important to note.
many of the anti parasite meds will need to be readministered in 2-3 weeks as the eggs shed from the host will hatch out and infect the tank .
the exception is if you use fenbenzadole/flubenzadole which is suppost to kill the eggs.if metro and prazi worked in the past administer the meds again in 2-3 weeks.

What kind of internal parasite are you trying to treat for? How do you know it's an internal parasite and not some other kind of illness that is causing the problem? There are many other things that can cause white/clear poop and loss of appetite. The only way to know for sure would be to take a poop sample and put it under a microscope.
Are there any other symptoms? What are the water params? How big is this tank? What other fish are in there with it?

the fish lady is correct..there are other problems that could have the same Sx.
bacterial infections tend to move rather quickly and could show the same Sx.
however, if you treated the tank prior and had a positive result from the treatment..I would suspect the parasite may have reinfected the tank.
parasite infestation much slower..we usually don't see the Sx until the parasite has manifested into a problem larger than the immune system can handle.
This is why parasites may be present but the Sx not clear. the fishes immune system can handle the parasite until something changes(stressors).

I fed them can fry 4 days ago. Ill finish the treatment and try again in 2 weeks. I noticed tonight that her poop is becoming less clear\white and is starting to become more redish-brown like normal fish poop. On the other hand my large oscar is becoming less active and stays in the ship thats in my tank. He didnt even come out for dinner and normaly hes the first one there! I cant check the water params because I had to take out the active carbon and that means my Xp3 isnt running.
do you need to have carbon in the xp3 to run the filter(sorry not familiar with this filter)
some filters allow different material/media and you can swap out the carbon for a different medai and add the carbon back to remove meds

Knowing your water params is important, especially when treating with meds. If your filter is shut off you can expect the ammonia levels to spike unless you're doing frequent water changes. Some meds can have an adverse affect when ammonia or nitrite is present, or if nitrates is over 40. Another thing to worry about with the filter not running is circulation and oxygen depletion... especially if the water temp is warm. There is less oxygen in warm water, and this can also cause the symptoms you're describing.
When we remove carbon from the filter for med treatments, its important to keep the filter running, without the carbon.

you should keep the filter running. but remove carbon.
depending on meds you can affect the bio filter.
as far as bio wheels in the xp3(cannister?)
you may be able to add extra bio media like bio balls etc or similar but bio wheels usually work off the water running over/past the wheel at the top of the tank(penguin/marineland)

This is for my 55 gallon in my sig 2 oscars, 2 Green terrors and a cichasoma amazonarum. I didnt know that I can run the filter with out the carbon. I thought it would through the whole filter out of wack but I am running a wisper 20-40 with out the carbon and I do have an air stone in the tank. Ill hook up the XP3 tomorrow and take water params. Now when the treatment is done should I take out all of the decor and wash it with hot water and do a 50-75% water change to make sure that I kill the eggs? Thanks for all the help I've been getting!!
