believe it or not, but since Las Vegas is a valley, we get flooded. A couple of years ago, people were rowing down the street in blow-up boats to chase their trash cans, then the next hour we had hail...they had massive sales on things since they couldn't sell them new with all the things wrong with them. It was so hard to keep my fish alive, we lost our power for almost a week, it was the middle of winter and I had a tropical tank...no heater = no good...
