i need to have some information about substrate
1.How far it would be from light ?
2.what to do if there is low sand out there should i go to increae ?

sorry to say but your post is too incomplete to give you a reasonable answer.

the substrate should be as far from the light as the tank is deep, minus 2".

it should be covered with 1- 1 1/2" of sand

Try to stay away from curshed coral as it will act as a sponge and eventually kill everything in your tank due to nitrate/nitrite spikes. Also you can usually go a little deeper than 1-1.5". I have mine at about 2.5" and Ive been using it for a year and a half now. I am currently using play sand for my sbustrate. If you do go that route just make sure it has not chemicals in it when you get it.

Substrate there are a few options:

Bare bottom - generally used in SPS tanks where nutrients are issues (almost complete removal of detritus occurs as large amounts of circulation are used)

Shallow sand Bed - 1 inch depth (needs vacuming weekly to remove detritus)

Deep sand bed - 6 inch depth (more if wanted)

Crushed coral traps detritus and causes nitrates it's not a sponge (it doesn't absorb)
