Suggestions for fish

id get dario botia loachs

It is more of a higher pictched clicking sound I believe. I haven't had them in my tanks as I haven't had a big enough tank yet. If I do get something bigger I would love to have some of the weather loaches. They are often labeled as Dojo Loaches I believe as well.

If there is more than one I guess the sounds would be louder but I can't say just how loud they are. I know Orion Girl has kept them.

Sigh.

It's the high pitches I don't hear much. Ie: I can't hear crickets or birds or the dinging on the microwave telling me something is done :p:

Thanks for the reply,
Roan

"Sae's not aggressive, they can be kept in any community tank big enough. Their active behavior might stress some sensitive species like dwarf cichlids and prevent them from spawning. They should not be kept with Red-tailed Sharks unless the aquarium is large and well planted, because that species is very aggressive towards all its relatives."

I would suggest Some Yo-Yo Batias, They are quite active and very fun to watch, but be cautious if you ever put any small snails in the tank because the Yo-Yos will eat them.

How loud is the clicking noise? That sounds awesomely cool, but I'm hearing impaired and dunno if I would be able to hear them :( Is it a low-pitched click noise or a high-pitched click noise?

My clowns "clicking noises" sound similar to the sound a small piece of gravel tapping glass. However I've heard they get louder as they get bigger and mine are only 3-5".

Any other suggestions? I can't see to find any information on Yo-yo's and I certainly do not want Clown Loaches.

Thanks!!!!

That page was great... there are some amazing looking loaches that don't get too big... and are supposed to be good with plants and other fish. The Botia histrionica looks interesting.
