Would you put them in one of your planteds? I think they can go for salad. No first hand experience, but I read that when I was looking into them. They are quite cute though.
 
Mine are not eating plants either. I have ferns, mosses, and hygros in their tank. Not a nibble. They adore veggies though.
 
i cannot make any guarantees, but I have been adding mroe and more plants to see what will happen, so far no issues.
 
Here's the moment of truth: do they like jello? I bet if they're being well fed with that then they'd have no reason to go after plants!

Btw my little babies are doing super! I meant to tell you that before. They're growing so well and beautiful. Thanks so much! Also, it's amazing how my bumble bee can book it, since he's so small. He's all over the tank!
 
I haven't offered them jello since they are in a tank with redspots. I just feed alot of baby zucchini and kens veggie sticks to that tank. The jello wasn't a hit with nerites previously for me. I am sure they would though. they are little piggies. I have a bunch of tank reared babies already as well. they are sooooo cute.
