Super cool clear pond snails!!

Alrighty I finally snagged some pictures. These guys are definitely strange. They're little antennae/feeler things are very short, their shells are "flatter" and look more like an oval than the pond snails, and they are pretty darn big. One in my tank is the size of a penny!!

I've had some as well. I think we were trying to be stealthy but my loaches still found em. :grinyes:
Shrimp food? What kind of shrimp eat snails? My yellow shrimp just crawl all over them and appear to "clean" them.
Pretty cool-looking for a pond snail.
I know it doesn't sound right to most people, but I kinda miss having pond snails in my tanks.

The more I think about it, the more I want some of those white pond snails. Would be a good fit for the "wintry" tank I'm working on.
