Alright my driftwood i have been working on should be dry by tomorrow(was putting some smaller pieces together). While looking for ways to put the pieces together i saw using superglue to attach Anubis was a common practice. I have a large amount of lace java fern, however, its all in the floating state, or whatever its called, where it doesn't have rhizomes. Would i be able to superglue the roots to the driftwood and that will take hold? Will it ever go back to growing rhizomes? My other alternative is cotton thread which is an option however i plan on attaching at least 15 pieces.. so would be a lot easier with superglue.

I don't know if crazy glue is safe for the aquarium, but acrylic cement is.

I used Krazy Glue for aquariums lots of times, just make sure you can't actually smell the glue before you put it in the water. I agree with BK, cotton thread will get you everywhere when it comes to attaching plants to driftwood.

I like using tiny rubberbands. Easier than thread. But I usually just find little nooks and crannies that the rysome will fit in.

i can't help but chuckle when i saw this. DAVIDFBT seems you've had a lot of experience sniffing glue =]
