I meant I had to convince my mom to let me get it, lol. I would hate not being there to pick it up. The man seemed nice and he said he was getting rid of it to get a larger tank! He had a yellow tang and blue tang, he was mumbling but he kept fairly active fish in there. So what else exactly do I need to buy? In thinking blowers, heaters, live rock, more sand, test kits, salt, hydrometer and thermometer. My mom won't let me stock it until I pay her :( at least it doesn't cost as much as normal. Can I keep a voliton lion fish with a dwarf fuzzy or two? I REALLY want a snowflake moray eel but my mom hates them, will you give her some reasons to let me get one.

You're easily at the least a month out from having fish in there, so you have plenty of time to pay her back.

Yes you'll need all of those things you listed. Make up a list, present it to us, and we can see how it looks.

Ok, I know that it will take a month or two to cycle.
MY LIST
2 power heads 50-75 dollars
More sand 60 dollars
Sea salt 20 dollars
Heater 30-50 dollars
Test kits 25 dollars (amazon prime)
Fish food 5-10 dollars a week when I have fish, 1 dollar to "ghost feed"
Lots of live rock! 100 dollars

Personally. I would look at more than you calculated for salt. At the price you listed, it sounds like you are getting enough for the initial fill but not much more. Economically it is cheaper to buy a tub of salt.

Skip ghost feeding. get one of your mom's old nylons, and a raw shrimp from the supermarket and you will be cycled before you know it. See the sticky on cycling at the beginning of the forum.
