I use relish on hotdogs and in tartar sauce.

While I like dill relish, it's usually sweet relish (neon green) on the hotdogs, as in Chicago we also serve up a dill spear on the dog. Best of both worlds...

relish has no place on a hamburger..pickles only usually sweet with pepperocini slices.(hot and sweet)
