Swollen liped Malawi Cichlids?

I have a question. In my 55 gallon, I have 8 malawi cichlids and all of them seem to be experiencing the same issue? They all have what appears to be Fat lips..LOL I know it sounds funny, but its true?

The tank is cleaned once every two weeks and all is ok in the parameter check...

I have another 55 gallon with 4 of the same fish and they look fine.. Lips/mouths that is...

Could there be a disease in the stocked tank? If so what do I do?

I have several that look this way... they are the more aggressive fish in the tank. I assumed it was a result of fighting (lip-locking).
