Swordtail sick

I just bought a female swordtail And all she does is lay around, mostly at the top of the tank. She doesn't seem to eat much. Her fins are down.
I changed my water 1/4 of the tank. She seemed to do a little swiming after that but now she is back to just hanging around the top of the tank. It's been a little over a week since I got her. I have checked my PH and amonia and they are fine.

Does she have a black spot almost right behind her stomach? or does it look big? she could be pregnant if she does.

I don't think she is pregnant. I know what a pregnant swordtail looks like. It has to be something else. She has no spots no cuts nothing physical, she just drags around and sits at the top of the tank with her fins and tail down.

Yes her fins and tail are clamped and the tail looks like it is just hanging there. Sorry Ihhave no camera.

If she has clamped fins/tail, do you see small tiny white clumps developing at the edges of fins/tail?

Do you have Quick Cure (formaldehyde/malachite green mix) by Aqurium Products?
What kind of antibiotics do you have?

Waht are pH/NH3/NO2?
