Well, it's time...
My beloved Featherfin catfish (aka Syndontis eupterus) is really getting too big for his 55 gallon. He needs at least a 75 gallon to be able to explore more. When I saw him under the nightlights last night, it made me realize that it's time to find him a more ample home, which I can't provide since I don't have the space for another 4' tank of any kind.
I am willing to meet you as far south as The Villages or as far north as Gainesville to hand him off, but I need to make sure he finds a GREAT home. No aggressive fish that will pound him to a pulp, or newbie's tanks that don't know what they're doing yet...
So if you have a 75 gallon+ tank with compatible tankmates (right now he lives with tetras, kribs and a bristlenose pleco) tell me about it, a picture is worth a thousand words! Let me know where he could be living. Sorry to be picky, but I've had this fish for 5 years...I am very attached to him and want to make sure he finds the right home
PM me and let me know if you're interested!
