here is a great deal on T5HO 24" with individual reflectors..I bought one couldn't pass it up..they also have the 48" fixtures 4 lamp and 8 lamp on sale for under $150 
There is a big thread on NR about these fixtures, they compare to the TEK lights..do not click on bulbs as this will raise the price and it already comes with bulbs..they do not come with the legs so you have to rig something but u can buy the hanging kit or put it in a canopy
