How difficult is it to take care of blue rams? How would you set up a blue ram tank? what should the ph levels be? how hard should the water be? What conditions should they be in?

dang dude you already asked that question in the outher thread....how many dou need?

I answered some questions in the other thread. PH should be 6.5-7.5 with 6.5 being better. Mine is 7.0 and they are laying eggs so unless they are infertile I will not tinker with it. I have two pair in a 29 gallon. I'd say a 20 gallon long or bigger for these guys. Anything less and they'll never stop fighting.

And yeah be patient. I spent a month researching and finding my fish. Back when I was impatient my fish died all the time and no telling how much $ I spent.

Also search on here for blue rams and google. There is tons of info out there.

i plan on putting them in my 20 gallon not my 5.5 and im not impatient when it comes to taking care of the fish or researching. Im just impatient when i cant find as much information as i would like. I dont plan on buying any fish for my tank for at least another week because its not done cycling.
