tang with white spots

ok, so it looks like my tang probabyl has ich, as I see one or two white spots, not nearly full blown like I have heard in other descriptions.
I have two percula clowns and this one tang, the only extra tank I have is a 10g tank , will this work for a quarantine, the percula's are small (1 inch apeice) and so is the tang (2 inches).? I don't want to go through the trouble and then have them die becasue the quarantine tank was too small or somehting.

I would see about getting something a little bigger--longer, anyway. Check the rubbermaid style tubs--the heavy duty ones work well for quarantine, and are cheap.

hmm are these clar tubs, or jsut like a regular storage bin? I will look for one. but if that fails is the 10g really too small for treating marine ich? I've just read mixed things concerning quarantine tank size.
