Just thought I would give a quick update. I got the time to move the tank into the laundry room today and have it supported on a couple of 2ft 2x4 scraps. I've got it to about 30-40 gallons (lost count on the bucket loads) and no leaks yet. I'm going to finish filling it tonight and then let it sit for the rest of the week to make sure nothing starts leaking. Assuming everything is good next weekend, I'll drain it and give it a good cleaning.
Then I'll just have to figure out filtering, substrate, decoration, and all of the other bits and pieces. I'm thinking of building a DIY wet/dry sump system.
