Tank Infested with worms

Enhanced skimming and/or other particulate removal will cause their numbers to dwindle. Otherwise, get to scraping ;).

I have them on the back of my glass...makes it look like a starry night. = )

They just seem to spread fast and are really anoying/hard to get off the glass of my 150 gallon with one of those magnet things. The glass is really thick so it doesn't put as much force on the glass thats needed to get them off. They are harmless I was told though. I'm thinking of trying to dose with copper to kill them off. I've heard that this only kills the larvae though so it would halt production of them atleast... anyone know otherwise?

do not use copper on a saltwater tank it will kill everything in the liverock, all your inverts, and your corals if you have any.... DO NOT USE COPPER!!!!!!!

They usually happen to be more prevalent in maturing tanks. They are, by no means, a nuisance. There is no way to get rid of them other than scraping and there is no reason to get rid of them other than making the viewing panes of glass clearer.
