These pics where taken with a digital Video camera that takes 1mp stills, so they are not the greatest but what the heck here ya go. These are just two of my many tanks.

I am forced to use plastic and silk plants because of the types of fish i keep. I have all Central and South American cichlids that would either eat or beat on the real plants.
Nick, Long time no speak man, I literally stop at EVERY LFS that I pass and grab driftwood whenever i find a great piece. I actually found a really nice piece today that I will put in a 150gall that I have. Of all places , Petland down in my area always has a nice selction of driftwood.

Scott, In the top pic is the 220gallon tank. That tank has
1 V. Synspilum, 1 F1 A. Lyonsi, 1 Wild C. Spectabalis, 1 H. "Escondido", a small breeding pair of convicts, 12 clown loaches that range from 1" to 6", and a redtailed shark. Its a very nice mix in the tank It works out very well.

The bottom two pics are of a 90gallon tank. That is my grow out tank. The largest fish in that tank is a 4" Male Archocentrus sp. Honduran Red-Fin". Also in the tank are 2 juvi V. Argentrea, 3 juvi A. Sajica "Gold", 2 juvi T. aureus "blue", and 1 juvi T. pasiones ‘Laguna Noh’. All are F1 and F2 generation fish.
 
I didn't think you could put driftwood in a cichlid tank because it would lower the PH. Is this true? Or is there a special kind of driftwood you have to get?
 
Well it depends on your water. I have pretty hard water and a pH of 7.4. So with all the driftwood in the tanks it softens it up and lowers the pH closer to 7.0 which is ideal for th ecentral and south american cichlids that i keep.
