Tank Redesign 1 of 4 Done.

The natural look is always an incredible improvement over the overdone fake look, especially with a saltwater look, with freshwater species.

BTW, is that a fluval 104/105? Seems Luke it's a big filter for a 10gal aquarium. Doesn't that much circulation hurt the plants?

Terrific improvement!

Looks 100% better! I HATE HATE HATE fake decorations. Very nice rock scaping too. Looks like you tried to make the placement natural which is good. Once the moss takes on well it will look even better. Like dangerdoll said you might find yourself moving some stuff around as it grows in but that no big deal. Can't wait too see the other tanks!

I don't think it's going to be a probably. Plus from the pictures none of the plants of swaying in a unnatural position. They all seem to be up right. I guess if it becomes a probably he can always make himself a spray bar.

I was reading some articles on live plants, as mentioned in the main post, its my first really live plant tank, ive had a few here and there im my larger tank.. Good water circulation without alot of surface agitation was in pretty much all of them...

it is a fluval 104 but i think i have the setting on a decent one, the plants dont move with the circulation yet it is still keeping the water very clear of debris..

if im missing something please let me know :)

Just curious, I figured it was a 104 but didn't know how powerful those filters are... I only have experience with the 404, 405 and FX5. All of which have some good flow... Tank looks good tho.
