tank setup/cycle timeline??

Hey! Does anyone out there have a good link to a step by step marine tank set-up and cycle.... A timeline would be nice.... ??

at reefcentral forums right now theres a huge thread goin' (i think it was started by wooglin) and it shows how he set up his marine tank and how it progressed
