So the last time I posted anything on these forums it was 2012 and my tanks were a great deal less developed than they are now. I'm looking to show off (a little) and get feedback about my tanks and just discuss them in general, since it's been years and I need to get back into the swing of things on AC
So, my tanks - all freshwater now. My salt tank died when a cat knocked the light into it and killed all the fish.
75 Gallon Mixed Community Tank
This is my main tank and my favorite tank and the tank with the heaviest stocking and the most plants and - well, you get the idea! First up here's some pics, then the information on what's in it and what's running on it.

Decor:
Driftwood - from 2in chunks lying around to the large 3.5ft piece floating and several large denser pieces off the the left of the tank, I've got a lot and the fish love it all
Rocks - I've got a decent collection, some I found, others I purchased. Some haves mall amounts of metal deposits in them, but don't rust, while others a slate or quartz.
Sand Substrate - mixed with smaller river rocks, shells, small amounts of crushed coral, some dirt & detris, some colorful pepples, and at least 1 penny, 1 bottlecap, and 1 marble. (xD)

1x Eheim Canister 2215
1x Airstone
1x Jaguar Heater, 200 watt
1x 48in T5HO lights (to be replaced with LED's when I have money again).
1x Old Booklight being used as a Moonlight
40 Gallon Breeder - Snails Only
This tank just has a large population of snails. The reason for that is simple: it was supposed to hold my pond fish & plants when I pulled them in for winter, but I waited just a bit too long and lost all the fish. RIP, breeding population of Sparkling Gouramis. The snails survived and so the tank has a massive snail population. I dont have a picture of the tank and all the lights are out in the tanks now so I'll take one later. Instead, enjoy this picture of the 20 gallon pond (with solar powered fountain) that the plants & snails came from!
The snails are ramhorns, malasyan trumpets, flat ramhorns, bladder snails, and like 15 younger Giant Ramhorns that I hope to breed even though they eat plant roots. The equipment is all the lighting I can spare and a single in-tank filter that forms a waterfall.
20 Gallon Mosquito Fish Tank
This tank was created originally as the 40 breeder, but their population has dropped over the years due to old age and so I shrunk them down to the 20 long. They don't seem to mind though! They're spunky little fish and fun to watch in a group, so I may actually get more soon so that they start breeding again
Tank is barebottom, with the plants being Java Ferns that are growing either out of the driftwood itself or entwined into the large fake rockwork in the back that they can hide in (and used to, but they don't anymore!). There's around 15 fish, they move too much to be counted properly. They have quartz rocks holding up a large slate rock that they sometimes hide under, along with loads of driftwood that has a quantity of java moss growing intertwined into it. Smallish heater, no airstone, but they have a compact marineland canister filter rated for 20 gallon tanks. Also, assassin snails here to I think, unless the fish ate them (would not put it past these fish lol).
