Tank stand question! NEED QUICK REPLY!!

If you're worried about the look, do the cinder block stand idea and then put a tablecloth over the whole thing and then the tank on top of that. That will at least add a nicer touch to it if you were planning on displaying it out somewhere!

With my iron stands I hemmed a nice piece of fabric and used velcro with sticky backing to affix it. Doesn't look too bad. You can use fabric that matches your decor or whatever if you choose to.

The nice thing about velcro is you can take the cover off to do maintenance. Otherwise the fabric may get wet and you'll end up with unsightly stains, especially on certain fabrics. Kind of hard to remove a table cloth that is sitting under a tank filled with water, and I've yet to keep from getting water on something when doing maintenance. :
