Tank without filter and air pumps

I'm planning to set up a tank (55g) in the front yard without power, no filter and air pumps. Just some plants, I have one inderscent sharks that I intent to breed in the tank. Where I live the weather does not fluctuate much.
Will the fish survive?

Im no expert on fish, but i thought that water circulation of some sort was uber important

lots of plants.
if youre putting it outside, keep watering it as the sun will just dry water up.
breeding tank you said? so algae is not really a problem then, correct?

just keep the ammonia down and the temperature stable. temperature is going to drop at least a few degrees overnight and warm up again in the daytime

I don't think the plants will do too well without some water movement to mix up the ferts. I know people can get away with it in nano's but I hear they stir the water up every day :x

Tanks like the one you are describing are very difficult to maintain with daily water changes but if you do a daily water change you should be OK.
